Governing your use of the Tekaro School of Technology Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tekaro School of Technology website, learning management system, DSA practice platform, and study materials ("Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Security

Users can register manually or via OAuth (Google, GitHub, LinkedIn). You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Sharing your account or subscription with peers is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, non-refundable ban. Our systems continuously monitor for concurrent multi-IP logins to protect platform integrity.

3. Bootcamp & Course Enrollment

Tekaro School of Technology offers rigorous 25-week to 50-week tech bootcamps (Foundation, Pro Track, Future Proof) and crash courses.

Payment & EMI: All fees must be paid upfront or through approved No-Cost EMI partners prior to batch commencement.
Refund Policy: We provide a strict 7-day money-back guarantee from the batch start date. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances post the 7-day window.
Code of Conduct: Students must maintain 85% attendance and submit all capstone projects to be eligible for placement assistance.

4. Intellectual Property

Code snippets, comprehensive study notes, video lectures, curated DSA problem statements, UI mocks, and architecture designs provided on the Platform are exclusive intellectual properties of Tekaro. Downloading, scraping, redistributing, or commercializing this content without explicit written permission is a legal offense.

5. Placement Assistance Limitations

Tekaro's placement cell actively bridges students with 250+ hiring partners. However, we do not guarantee job placements or specific salary packages. Employment depends entirely on your interview performance, skill mastery, and market conditions.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any internal or external disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the honorable courts of New Delhi, India.
